Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- Wholesale and bulk orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers and delivery partners. Available options may include:
- Standard Shipping
- Expedited Shipping (when available)
- Local Delivery (DFW areas only)
- Customer Pickup ( available at request)

Shipping Areas
We currently ship:
- Within the United States
- Select international destinations (when available)
Some products (especially frozen or perishable items) may be limited to specific locations.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and carrier rates.
- Special handling fees may apply for frozen, refrigerated, or fragile products.
- Wholesale shipping fees are quoted separately.
All shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Typical delivery time is:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delays may occur due to weather, customs, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.
Gouro International Market is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Perishable & Frozen Products
For frozen and perishable items:
- We use insulated packaging and cold packs when required.
- Customers must be available to receive the package on delivery.
- We are not responsible for spoilage due to missed delivery, incorrect address, or unattended packages.
Once delivered, proper storage becomes the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refused delivery
The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and your order number
We will investigate and work with the carrier when necessary.
Lost Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider. We will assist with claims, but refunds are not guaranteed for carrier-related losses.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
International orders may be subject to:
- Customs fees
- Import taxes
- Duties
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
