At Gouro International Market, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
Eligible Returns (Unopened Only)
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Request must be made within 48 hours
- Proof of purchase is required
No Returns on Opened or Used Goods (Important)
For health and safety reasons:
- We do NOT accept returns or refunds for opened items
- We do NOT accept returns or refunds for half-used/partially consumed items
- We do NOT accept returns for items that have been tampered with
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, send us:
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Your order number
within 48 hours so we can review and resolve quickly.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
